You must be a Chantilly Highlands resident in good standing to rent the Community Center. The Center cannot be rented for any commercial purpose.
$25/hour, $55 cleaning fee and a $200 returnable deposit.
Liability insurance required.
RENTAL PROCEDURE
Check Calendar for the date and time you wish to reserve. Your rental includes complimentary 1 hour before and 1 hour afterwards for setup/cleanup.
Review insurance requirements and sample contract to understand the terms of rental. Review FAQ page for answers to some common questions.
Fill out Rental Request form. Rental Coordinator will reply to you to confirm the availability of your desired date and time.
Rental Coordinator will temporarily block your requested date and time for a period of 7 days.

Fill out the rental contract and submit checks to finalize your reservation.
