This page explains how to request deletion of your Chess Tournament Manager account and associated app data.

In your email, include:
the email address used to sign in to the app, if available;
whether you used Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple;
whether you want to delete only cloud backup data or the full app account data associated with your sign-in.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify app account data that we control and that is associated with your signed-in app account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and app store purchase-record requirements.
This may include:
app account identifiers controlled by us;
cloud backup metadata controlled by us;
cloud backup data controlled by us or removable through available app functionality;
support records that are no longer needed, where deletion is legally permitted.
Some data may remain outside our direct control or may be retained by third-party providers under their own policies, including:
Apple App Store purchase records;
Google Play purchase records;
RevenueCat purchase and entitlement records needed for app store compliance, fraud prevention, support, or purchase restoration;
Firebase, analytics, and crash diagnostic records retained under provider policies;
Google Drive or iCloud data that remains in your own Google or Apple account unless removed through app functionality, platform tools, or provider controls;
records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, refund, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Deleting the app from your device may remove local data from that device, but it does not automatically delete account-linked data, cloud backups, purchase records, analytics, or crash records already processed by third-party services.
We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. If more information is needed to verify the account or complete deletion, we will contact you using the email address used for the request.
