Our research couples systematic, large-scale biomedical data mining with knowledge-driven strategies. Our goal is to advance the fundamental understanding of complex diseases, with a specific emphasis on cancer, to provide actionable clinical insights.

We specialize in proteogenomics, investigating the interface between NGS-based genomics and mass spectrometry-based proteomics. Through computational innovation, we aim to bridge the gap between big data and biomedical discovery.
