I actively contribute to the implementation and evaluation of the Professional Practice Model (PPM), which reflects Swanson’s Caring Theory and supports nursing autonomy and accountability. I engage in collaborative efforts with interprofessional teams to improve patient care and outcomes. My practice includes ongoing participation in competency assessments and peer evaluations to ensure care remains safe, ethical, and evidence-based. I also utilize available resources to address ethical issues within both clinical practice and organizational contexts. In alignment with national best practices, I take part in safety initiatives and analyze performance data and national benchmarks to continually enhance the quality of care I provide.
