In an effort to maintain a happy, safe environment for your pet and others, we require each pet to participate in an approximately 10-30 minute temperament test prior to joining group play sessions.  This will typically happen on the first day of day care after you drop off.  During this time, we will evaluate your dog's comfort with people and other dogs, play style, stability, and ability to pick up on social cues.  We will make every effort to recommend play groups based on energy level, personality, and play style.  If at any time your pet is or becomes uncomfortable with the group play setting, they will be provided a safe, private area to retreat and engage with staff until you return.   

Some dogs benefit from additional practice or one-on-one guidance to prepare for group play (i.e. fearful, inappropriate behaviors, etc.).  These dogs are invited to participate in private sessions with our private lesson specialist, Jesse, until they are ready for group.  See "private lessons" above for pricing.

Temperament testing and fee will be added to your pet's first scheduled day of day-care.  If you would like to schedule temperament testing on a separate day, please contact us.  We may contact you to adjust your pet's first day drop off time to ensure we are staffed to manage their temperament test.

If this is your first time, please select your "temperament test" add on and you'll be prompted to complete a registration form and review our waiver prior to your first visit.  The registration form will ask for you to upload a vaccination record and photo of your pet (you may bring these at the time of drop off).

As we're still in our soft launch phase, dates and times of day care are subject to change based on registrations.  Please watch for a confirmation email the night before your anticipated day care session confirming your pet's spot.
