The Shepherding Team

The Shepherding Team is the leadership of CHEF.  You will find the name and roll of each member below. 

Membership Facilitator/President - Kelli Anderson

The Membership Facilitator acts as a CHEF liaison by sending out membership forms. The Facilitator is also responsible for welcoming and encouraging new members.


Meeting Planner/Vice President - Jennifer Gampp

The Meeting Planner is responsible for planning a minimum of three meetings per year.  These include the kick-off picnic and three meetings a year.


Bookkeeper/Treasurer - Kimberly Crager

The Bookkeeper is responsible for taking care of finances, receiving membership forms, overseeing the directory and coordinates HSLDA membership. The Bookkeeper also periodically makes financial reports to the group.


Communicator/Secretary - Cortney Wilson

The Communicator sends e-mails and maintains the master calendar.  The Communicator also maintains the website and keeps it up to date.


The Coordinators

Skating Coordinators - Chis and Amber Wheeler

Organizes skating parties for October, December, and February Valentine Party. Works with Communicator on dates and makes sure members are notified about each event. “Advertises” events to other local homeschool groups/families.


Track-and-Field Coordinator -Aaryn Tanner

Organizes games and picnic at the end of the school year. Enlists the help of parents for children to do track and field games. Works with Communicator on dates and gets information to CHEF Members. This is a CHEF Members only event.


Event Planner Coordinators - Holli Martin and Cortney Wilson

The Event Planner Coordinators are responsible for organizing a set number of field trips/gatherings throughout the year.


Used Curriculum Sale - Susan Harrison

Helps to coordinate sale of used curriculum of CHEF members and the community. Establishes time, date, location, and enlists helpers. Works with Communicator on dates and to make sure information gets to members.

BETA Club Sponsors - Kristie Abshire and Kelli Beaumont

BETA club is completely student-led. Students plan and implement their own service projects and conduct the meetings. The advisors keep track of records and report them to National BETA.
