Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ARK Development governing your use of the Chartview Ai mobile application ("Application").

1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Restriction

1.1. Acceptance: By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. 1.2. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application, as the service relates to financial decision-making.

2. Service Scope and Credits

2.1. Service Description: The Application utilizes the Google Gemini API to analyze user-uploaded stock market chart images and provide automated technical insights (Trend, Pattern, Support, Resistance, etc.). 2.2. Credits: Access to the AI analysis requires pre-purchased credits. One (1) credit equals one (1) chart analysis or one (1) complex follow-up question requiring a new AI generation. 2.3. Payment and No Refund: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as detailed in the separate Refund Policy.

3. CRITICAL FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER

3.1. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Chartview Ai IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, DEALER, OR INVESTMENT CONSULTANT. The service provides automated, technical analysis only and is for informational and educational purposes. It does not consider your personal financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. 3.2. NO SOLICITATION: The analysis, risk factors, or trade plans generated by the AI DO NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION, RECOMMENDATION, OR OFFER to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or stock. 3.3. USER RISK ASSUMPTION: YOU AGREE THAT ANY TRADING, INVESTMENT, OR FINANCIAL DECISION YOU MAKE IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. ARK Development is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of using the AI-generated analysis. Stock trading involves substantial risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. 3.4. Required Disclaimer: You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the mandatory disclaimer shown with every AI-generated response which states that the analysis is not personalized financial advice.

4. User Content and AI Liability (Indemnity)

4.1. User Warranty for Uploaded Content: You warrant that the uploaded chart images are generic, legitimate, and do not violate any intellectual property rights. You agree not to upload any confidential, illegal, or proprietary material. 4.2. AI Accuracy: We rely on the Gemini API. We provide the AI analysis "AS IS" and offer no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information generated. Market data is volatile, and the AI's interpretation may be flawed or outdated. 4.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARK Development from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the AI analysis for trading, (b) any losses or negative outcomes from your trading decisions, and (c) any violation of these Terms or applicable laws by you.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
