This Privacy Policy describes how ARK Development collects, uses, processes, and shares personal data related to your use of the mobile application Chartview Ai (the "Application"). By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1.📝 Data Collection

We collect several categories of data from you to provide, maintain, and enhance the Chartview Ai service. This includes Identity & Account Data, such as your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (collected via sign-up), which is necessary for account creation, authentication, service provision, and user communication. We also collect Technical Data, including your IP Address, Device Identifiers (IDFA, Android ID), Device model, and Operating System version, essential for service security, fraud prevention, technical diagnostics, and analytical reporting.
Furthermore, we gather Usage & Transaction Data, which encompasses Activity logs (such as the time and date of chart analysis), Credits used/remaining, Billing Transaction IDs, and Package details; this data is necessary for billing, credit management, service improvement, and maintaining financial records. For Content Data (Saved Analysis), we save the AI-Generated Analysis Responses (covering Trend, Pattern, Support/Resistance, Trade Plan, and Follow-up Q&A) in Firestore to deliver the core service and allow user access to their historical analysis data. We want to make it explicitly clear that the uploaded Chart Images are NOT saved after processing. Finally, we collect Marketing & Tracking Data, such as App Installation status and In-App Purchase events (tracked via third-party SDKs, e.g., Meta SDK), which is used to track marketing efficacy and optimize advertising campaigns.

2. Data Processing and Third-Party Processors

We utilize third-party services which process your data:

Google Gemini API: Processes the uploaded chart image and follow-up questions to generate the analysis response. The uploaded image is NOT retained by ARK Development.
Google Firestore: Used for secure storage and retrieval of the user's historical AI-Generated Analysis Responses.
Payment Gateway (e.g., Razorpay): Processes payment transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. Data Retention and User Rights

Analysis History: Your saved AI-Generated Analysis Responses can be deleted by you anytime within the Application.
Account Deletion: You can request the full deletion of your account and associated personal data by submitting a request through the designated portal: https://forms.gle/QidMt2sA2gR3f9KK9. We will comply with the erasure request within the statutory limits (DPDP Act, 2023, where applicable).
