This Refund Policy is integrated into and governed by the Chartview Ai Terms & Conditions.

1. General Principle: All Sales Are Final

All purchases of credits or subscriptions made within the Chartview Ai Application are considered definitive and non-refundable.

2. No Monetary Refunds

ARK Development operates on a prepaid credit system for accessing the AI analysis features. Once a payment transaction is successfully completed and the corresponding credits are allocated to the user's account, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances. This no-refund policy applies regardless of:

• Dissatisfaction with the analysis results, accuracy, or trade plans suggested by the AI.

• Market losses or poor trading outcomes resulting from reliance on the AI analysis.

• Accidental purchases.

• Unused or expired credits.

• Account suspension or termination due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

3. Free Trial Provision

Users are provided with a free trial to evaluate the application's functionality and the AI's analysis quality before making any financial commitment. By making a purchase after utilizing the free trial, the user accepts the service "as is," thereby waiving any claim for refund based on service quality or fitness for purpose.

4. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated by ARK Development due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., misuse of the service), any remaining credits will be immediately forfeited without refund.
