This is a project that I had been planning for over 2 years, and took about 4 months to complete. It first started when we were given a personal project unit in my first year of the level 3 college course and I started planning the storyline with my partner. Unfortunately due to health reasons I couldn't complete it that year and so I decided to do it again in the second year, but this time...bigger and better!
I started off looking at my original plans and adjusting them to fit the spec. Once I'd done that and finished all the paperwork to go with it (call sheets, scripts, health and safety etc) I started filming!
Despite lots of setbacks (mostly due to weather) we managed to get all the filming done 2 weeks before the deadline and then I edited it all together! Annoyingly, somewhere between downloading the film from the editing app and uploading it to YouTube, some of the scenes have gone blank, leaving just the sound in the background. Oh well, Im still pretty proud of myself!
