I asked the bot for a big, comprehensive template that would be a help AI RP a character the best and what it gave me is friggen gigantic. So I tweaked it a bunch and I keep tweaking in. A lot will just produce flavor text.
By sharing this I'm not trying to say that you should use the whole thing as-is. Just use the bits you want to. It's not perfect because AI is not perfect.
Also, https://rentry.co/iotemplate has a really good template to mess around with that's updated, you should probably just use that one.

noticed soup made some humanoid templates so i decided to quietly contribute, using his example format rather than my slightly modified one. i also have NSFW add-ons but i'm pretty sure i'm not allowed such content here so i'll just have to build some characters with that info.
