I am sparking conversation about the autoimmune disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which is a condition that affects every 1 in 100,000 individuals. In 2018, I was one of those individuals. Now I'm sharing pieces of a story that make up a huge part of who I am now. In the beginning of my diagnosis, GBS left me temporarily paralyzed, and with this website I hope to share photos and stories of my recovery process. Sorting through the trauma that I experienced with GBS pushes me to make a new understanding of the life I live. I'm eager to let you in on how I am navigating through the journey, where I'll provide updates on the steps of my progress and how I adapt my life.
