The study, titled "Stereoselectivity of Galactosylation Reactions in Vacuo", utilizes gas-phase reaction systems to probe pure SN1 mechanism in carbohydrate synthesis. Welcome Bing-Nuo Lee, joining our group as a research assistant!
Bing-Nuo is a chemist by training and graduated from National Taiwan University. His research focuses on transition-state calculations in organic reactions. He will now expand his interests to more complex enzyme systems and explore how the structure of biomolecules influences catalytic efficiency.
