The Chandra Lab welcomes exceptionally talented foreign medical graduates and trainees who are eager to develop their research skill sets in a highly collaborative and innovative environment. We are committed to mentoring and career development, providing scholars with hands-on experience in clinical, translational, and basic science research related to COPD, lung disease genetics, and pulmonary pathophysiology.
Open to highly motivated foreign medical graduates and trainees with an interest in clinical, translational, or basic science research.
Requires a minimum one-year commitment to ensure meaningful contributions and training.
Prior experience in clinical or basic science research is highly valued.
Scholars will gain exposure to cutting-edge methodologies, including bioinformatics, genomic analysis, bioinformatics, and advanced molecular techniques.
The program is designed to provide one-on-one mentorship from Dr. Chandra, who is committed to sharing his expertise in both research and career development. Visiting scholars will have opportunities to contribute to high-impact publications, present at major conferences, and collaborate with leading experts in pulmonary research.
