Second, there's the mistake of being too general in their resumes. For experience, don't say you "worked at an office." Say what kind of work you did. Remember, filing certificates and documents and managing a team of 30 people are both considered work. Don't let potential employers guess what it is you did.

The last mistake is also one of the most overlooked -- failure to proofread. It should be obvious and on top of everyone's list of things to avoid.
