High School students:
Chalice Theatre is looking for high school students (9th-12th grade) to take the lead on technical, production, and artistic processes for the adults-only cast of Copenhagen. Teens will work with director D. Ohlandt and adult mentors in their specific area. Adult performers:
Auditions for Copenhagen will take place in late August. All three roles are for adults, and all three performers are onstage for the entirety of the full-length play.
Subject matter experts:
Do you work or have you worked in or with physics, WW2 history, nuclear or quantum theory, national security, military weapons and strategy, or political resistance? Chalice Theatre will be hosting roundtable panel discussions on topics that are raised in the play Copenhagen in conjunction with the performances in November. Chalice Theatre is always looking for:
historians and literary people who are interested in learning production dramaturgy
production interns to assist and learn how to get a show off the ground
backstage crew members
stage manager interns to learn how to run a show
construction and painting crews
covenant groups or other small groups in the church who want to plan and run concessions for one or more of the shows
