Group meetings are on hold. We oscillate between one-on-ones and group meetings. The latter support "energy", collaboration, and fulfill social scientific needs but the downside is that they can spiral down into a ritual that is less about the science and more about the need for people to interact socially. Inevitable given that science is a social enterprise but we don't want too much of it. Hence, a break before we resume group meeetings.
