Shadow Hills

Shadow Hills is a neighborhood within the City of Los Angeles, 7th Council District, the community incorporates parts of zip code 91040 as well as a portion of zip code 91352. The community prides itself on being one of the last true equestrian communities along the foothills and enjoys a considerable network of horse trails as well as many ranches and riding clubs.To get a taste of the area, stop by “The Rise N Shine Cafe” on Sunland Boulevard, you’re not going to find a website here, so I included the Yelp page. What you will find is a lot of Western memorabilia, really friendly people and a great menu of home cookin’.

Note that the Los Angeles Times includes La Tuna Canyon in Shadow Hills, many folks consider it a separate neighborhood.
