About

Welcome!

My name is Chris Griffiths, I grew up in England in the suburbs of London. I worked my way through the University of London as a civil servant with HM Treasury and then worked as a buyer in the sports retail industry. At twenty-five, I got wanderlust and set out to travel the world. I climbed, skied and sailed around the world for five years before meeting my wife Kathy and settling in the foothills.

I have worked in Real Estate since 1988, starting in residential development before moving on to mortgage lending, residential brokerage and teaching. Over the years I have won numerous industry awards for my production and other efforts. I was very involved in the development of our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Charitable fundraising efforts of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®.

Through-out my career I have always enjoyed learning and have constantly sought to understand the nuances of the industry. In 2008 I was asked by our Association Executive to teach some classes on the MLS. I discovered that I really enjoyed it and have since developed a number of additional classes. In 2010 I was invited to attend Floyd Wickman’s Speakers Academy and was subsequently asked to join Floyd’s team of trainers.

Over the years, I have observed that Real Estate is built on relationships. No matter how technology changes, what new gizmos or gadgets are introduced; I am convinced that relationships will continue to be the cornerstone of Real Estate. I am particularly proud of the relationships I’ve made with my clients and other agents over the years. When you work with me, you won’t be my only client, but I guarantee you’ll feel like you are!

Call me today at (626) 354-8000 and let me help you achieve your goals.
