The full registration fee is inclusive of all the main Symposium activities, field trips, coffee breaks and social programme.

(*) Students' registration fee is not inclusive of the Symposium social programme and field trips.

(**) Accompanying persons' registration fee is inclusive of the Symposium field trips and social programme.

After completing the submission of the Registration Form, participants can proceed with the online payment of the registration fee, which is available through the website of the APG - Associação Portuguesa de Geógrafos (Portuguese Association of Geographers) — see link provided bellow.

Participants must choose the registration fee in accordance with the information that was provided in the registration form. Options are listed in the bottom of the APG webpage - session named Multibanco, Payshop ou Cartão de Crédito. Click “compre agora” (buy now) and continue with payment.

In order to pay the fee for accompanying person(s), delegates will have to repeat the steps previously described.

Once you have registered and paid the symposium fee, a confirmation letter with the details of your transaction will be sent to your email address in your registration form as a proof of payment within 5 working days.

Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Information regarding cancelation procedures and return policy will be available as soon as possible.
