Modal Impact Hammers
Vibration controller and data acquisition
The Vibrations Laboratory has a vibration controller capable of running swept sine and random tests. A six-channel data acquisition system is used to measure response.
Mechanical System Demonstrations for Teaching
Several demonstrators have been developed to support teaching of vibrations courses. These systems give students the opportunity to see the vibrations that are modeled in classes and homework.
