Class representatives (class reps) and Zoom assistants (ZAs) play an important role in setting the tone for our in-person and online classrooms by:
Establishing a welcoming, friendly environment by greeting participants and managing the classroom experience.
Supporting the instructor: This can be key to the instructor’s comfort level, especially for first-time instructors.
