The College for Seniors (CFS) is the largest program at OLLI at UNC Asheville. The CFS Committee is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating CFS courses. This important role is accomplished through 11 subject-area subcommittees whose chairs meet monthly with staff to plan the program.
CFS subject-area subcommittees seek out and/or are assigned course proposals within their subject area. When the proposal is submitted and assigned to a subcommittee by the CFS program manager, the subcommittee communicates with the instructor, reviews and refines the course proposal and decides whether to recommend the proposal to OLLI staff for an upcoming term.Â
How to add comments in Google Docs: With the volume of course proposals coming in, our staff and subcommittees keep track of questions, comments, edits and additions through Google Docs' comment system. This cheat sheet explains how to comment on Google Docs.
