Team Commanders

Team Commanders are responsible for the overall operation of the individual teams. The ultimate success in team competition is directly related to the effectiveness of the team commander. Each team commander will maintain an accurate written muster and report back to the operations officer. Team Commanders are also concerted effort to become the expert in their particular Area of competition. These Commanders are encouraged to designate assistants who will be able to take over in case of the team commander's absence.
