The Orienteering team is comprised of cadets who are particularly interested in land navigation and are willing to devote extra time and effort, especially on Saturdays. Orienteering requires the use of map and compass over unfamiliar terrain using a technique known as "pacing". They represent the unit in state and regional competitions.
