The inaugural meeting in 2016 was hosted by the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Hospital. A small group from five different NHS Trusts gathered to discuss the role they play in using exercise for the management of CF, identifying common roles and responsibilities within jobs, and exchanging ideas for best practice in CF care.
This meeting led to the creation of the Network in its current form, and it has since grown from strength to strength.
