張清風教授個人簡介：  

張清風教授在國立台灣海洋大學、美國華盛頓州立大學獲得了學士、碩士和博士學位。自1986年起在台灣基隆的國立台灣海洋大學開展了水產養殖、水產動物生殖內分泌與生理生態的研究。過去近40年來，主要研究方向為 (1) 魚類生殖生理，(2)魚類內分泌，(3)珊瑚生理與生殖生物，(4) 海洋生物與環境生理生態。張清風教授的研究成果獲得了三次國科會頒發的傑出研究獎與兩屆特約傑出研究員獎，獲得教育部的學術獎及兩次國家講座教授獎成為終身國家講座教授，國科會與法國科學院的台法科技獎，日本太平洋科學學會暨日本東北大學授予的Shinkishi Hatai獎。於學術研究外，亦獲得了教育部的海洋教育推手獎，以及第十一屆台灣海洋貢獻獎(2023年)。張教授曾任台灣水產學會、台灣海洋生物技術學會與中華海洋事業協會理事長及太平洋科學會台灣分會常務理事、亞太地區比較內分泌學會理事長。在2007~2012年期間曾任國科會生物處處長與國科會副主委，2012~2020年任職台灣海洋大學校長。自2006~2027年長期負責推動台灣海大的頂尖特色研究-海洋中心的教育部專案研究計畫(每5年一期)。
