Faculty Information & Requirements
CCC&TI requires faculty teaching curriculum, Career and College Promise (CCP), and some Continuing Education courses to complete specific institutional tasks as part of course setup and management. These may include using the standard course template and syllabus, maintaining required course information, and posting weekly attendance as needed.
All curriculum courses are expected to use the required Moodle course template and syllabus, include a brief course overview video, use the Moodle gradebook, and keep grades updated throughout the term. Faculty should keep the syllabus template pages in their Moodle course and update them with course-specific information. Online students, as well as students who miss the first seated class meeting, must complete the Course Entry Quiz. Faculty should also email a copy of their syllabus as an attachment to their appropriate Administrative Assistant.
Faculty teaching online classes are required to post attendance each week in Self-Service through the MyCCCTI portal.
