Pam is known for her passion for people and for facilitating positive change by opening minds and hearts to better actions. She enjoys being an executive coach and helping people discover how to make life transformations and live life to the fullest. Pam has helped design and run several leadership programs at ASU and continues to help organizations with executive staffing, leadership, team building, and organizational change initiatives. She runs many workshops to meet the needs of her clients, including Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ program and Conversational Intelligence™ by Judith Glaser, and behavior, passion, and critical thinking training.

Pam's passion for performance grew out of her athletic career at the University of Washington. She studied organizational and interpersonal development in her first masters and counseling in her second. She has run her own business for 18 years and even designed her own assessment that is run in many organizations. She uses her assessment tools and understanding of people to create tailored workshops and experiences that lead to transformational performance breakthroughs for individuals, teams, and organizations.
