The Conservation Employee Training (CET) is a state-wide workshop that provides conservation professionals with in-depth training on technical, administrative and educational aspects related to agriculture best management practices, community conservation, district law, district operations and environmental education.
This event will start on Monday, September 16 for those planning to attend the new employee orientation, mentoring event, or commission meetings and will end on Thursday, September 19.
Registration tickets include Tuesday's breakfast, Tuesday's lunch, Wednesday's lunch, and Wednesday's dinner. Plus, breaks during the meeting. New Employee Orientation on Sept. 16 is an additional cost but includes lunch.

We have an overflow block at the beautiful Hotel Alice, which is walking distance from the hotel. Deadline to book in the hotel blocks at Double Tree or Hotel Alice is August 15! Booking in the block allows you to have a rate of $159.00/night plus taxes and fees.
Need to cancel a hotel reservation? Please forward your hotel reservation to Cayle Aldridge (cayle.aldridge@ncagr.gov) and he will assist with canceling your room and putting someone in our discounted room block.
