CERM 2022 General Information

Exhibit Setup and Hours

Meeting Location (NOT shipping location):

Setup: Tuesday, June 7, 7:30 – 11:30 am

Ballroom Show Hours:

Tuesday, June 7, 11:30 am – 4 pm

Wednesday, June 8, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Thursday, June 9, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Friday, June 10, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

Teardown: Friday, June 10, 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Note: Poster sessions will be held in the ballroom each day (Tues-Fri) from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. Coffee and break snacks will be located at the rear of the ballroom to ensure foot traffic through the area. Each exhibitor sponsor will have one six-foot table, two chairs, a single plug of an electric outlet, and wireless internet access. The ballroom is carpeted.

Shipping Instructions

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping their own materials to and from Eastern Michigan University. EMU shipping and receiving will deliver all packages to the conference site on Friday, June 3^rd and pick them up for return shipping on Tuesday, June 14^th. Please plan on return shipping on Wednesday, June 15^th.

Please send approximate dimensions of items shipped to hlindsay@emich.edu so we can ensure storage space.

Sponsorship of Sessions, Day Symposium, Workshop or Session: or Banquet (Option 1)

• Session or banquet sponsorship is valued at $15,000 and may be sponsored by one Diamond level sponsor or by two co-sponsors as the Gold level $7,501 menu options.

• Sponsor name(s) will be acknowledged on the web site.

• Includes up to three (3) company tables.

Sponsorship of Half-Day Symposium or Workshop: (Option 2)

• Half-day symposia or workshops may be sponsored for $500.00 each

• Sponsor name and logo will be displayed prominently on all break tables in the conference center during the sponsored symposium or workshop

Sponsorship of Registration (Option 3)

• Registration sponsorship is valued at $2,000 and may be individually sponsored at full price or co-sponsored by two different organizations at $1,000 each

• Sponsor name(s) and logo(s) will be displayed prominently in the registration area where all attendees must stop to pick up registration materials.

• Includes up to two (2) company tables (1 per $1000 sponsorship).

Sponsorship of a Full-Day Symposium (Option 4)

• A full-day symposium may be sponsored for $1,000 each

• Sponsor name and logo will be displayed prominently on all break tables in the conference center during the event

• Includes one (1) company table.

Any sponsor supporting the meeting at below the $1000 level may purchase a table to display company brochures and other relevant information:
