Health and Safety & Vaccination Verification with CLEAR

CERM 2022 will be a vaccination is required for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, guests, and ACS staff who attend the in-person meeting in Ypsilanti, MI. All individuals attending will need to upload their proof of vaccination status through CLEAR to facilitate proof of vaccination.

Instructions for completing your COVID-19 protocol compliance through the CLEAR/Health Pass vendor:

• Use link https://clear.app.link/ACSVAX and enter your mobile number to receive an automated text message with a link to get the CLEAR app.

• Enroll or verify your identity in CLEAR. You will need a government issued photo ID and good lighting to take a photo of yourself.

• Add your vaccination record, submit, and wait for your confirmation email (takes a couple of hours)

• Green means you're good to go!

ACS is recommending that all attendees, vendors, and ACS staff wear a face mask while in the meeting venue, or any facility hosting an ACS-sponsored event or meeting, or while attending an ACS hosted/sponsored event or meetings.
