Fees associated with enrollment in a Choir or Show Choir class
Choir Fee payments but can be paid all at once OR reduced or eliminated through participation in fundraising. Please contact the CCHS Choir and Theater Booster Treasurer at cchschoirtheater@gmail.com with any questions regarding fees. You are also encouraged to use CutTime to track your payments as well!
To aid in the payment of fees, parents/guardians may make payments until child’s account is paid off. If you and/or your student participate in fundraising activities or your student is a returning member and has a credit balance coming into the year, this payment plan will be adjusted to reflect this and can be viewed in your CutTime account. Fundraising opportunities are Available to help defray the cost of fees.
Choir fees are $45.00, this includes the $5.00 booster fee.
Show Choir Fees for the 2025-2026 season cost is $355.00 to be a singer-dancer. This includes the $45.00 fee for each student's required concert choir.
$25 to participate in the Comet Combo band or Comet Crew. This includes travel, music, show shirt, and registration.
Electronic Payment Options
To aid in the payment of fees, parents/guardians can make payments until their child’s account is paid off. If you and/or your student participate in fundraising activities or your student is a returning member and has a credit balance coming into the year, this payment plan will be adjusted to reflect this. Reminder: You must be a member of the CCHS Choir Boosters to participate in fundraising if you wish to receive profit credit ($5 fee per household included in choir fees).
*CutTime payments will include a 3% processing fee

Other Options
Check/Cash/Money Order payments can be dropped off in the locked box in the Choir room. Please use the Payment Form to turn in with your payments if using this option.
Note the "Booster Membership Fee" is included in choir fees and allows students to benefit from group fundraising efforts and receive reduced rates for events where the CCHS Choir and Theater Boosters provide financial assistance. This fee is only paid once per household per year. Additional choir siblings will receive $5 off their yearly choir fees.
Students in multiple choirs only need to pay one set of choir fees
Students who do not pay Choir/Show Choir fees by the indicated due date above may not be permitted to perform with their ensemble.
