The Executive Committee is composed of the officers, committee chairs, past chairs, and representatives from each community in the local section, and meets several times per year to plan events and discuss section business. A yearly election for chair-elect, treasurer, and secretary is held every fall.  A councilor and alternate councilor election is held every three years in the fall.
