In Celestial Rewind, you play as Nikolaos Petrakis, a farmer who ventures into ancient ruins near his town. After discovering an ancient artifact, and its power to manipulate time, the temple begins to collapse atop of Nikolaos. Escape the temple and uncover its mysteries before time runs out!
Will an ancient artifact be enough to escape a collapsing temple?
Celestial Rewind is a junior year Unity project for Drexel University. A team of 9 students has 10 weeks to bring a game from initial concept to a vertical slice. The game is a puzzle platformer in which the player must escape a collapsing temple after finding an artifact that allows them to rewind time. The level will collapse around the player, making it seemingly impossible to escape the room, but with the power to rewind time the player will have to carve a path out of the temple. However, when the rewinding is finished time will continue as normal, so get through the level fast before it collapses again!
