How to apply

• Application period will run from the 6th of January until the 27th of January 2022.

• Applicants will need to have submitted ALL sections of the form by this date, there will be no extensions to the due date.

• Ambassadors will be selected by the Celebrate T21 Team and contacted after this date.

• Official announcements of the 2022 Ambassadors will begin from the 17th of March and run until World Down syndrome Day 21 March 2022

Before starting the application please ensure you have:

• checked out all the information held on this site about who we are, what we do and what the role of an ambassador will entail.(If you have read through everything nothing on the form should come as a surprise as it is ALL duplicated here.)

• liked our Celebrate T21 Facebook page and if you have Instagram followed us there as well.

• a google account - very important we do most of our submissions via google drive and google forms, you will need to login into your google account via the form to complete it as it saves your submission first to your account and then sends it to us.

• access to a desktop computer in case of issues with phone submission.

• have a high quality image selected of your applicant ready to go.

• your 250 words max "blurb (life, interests, hobbies, achievements, dreams and more)" about the applicant ready to go
