Job Purpose
As the Hospital Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the branch's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that CEH's standards of patient care, safety, and hygiene are consistently met and exceeded.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Patient Experience: Champion a patient-centric approach, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate and high-quality care.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the branch's budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on branch performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in an eye care or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with staff, medical professionals, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
