Seminar Mechanism

All members in the organization committee of IEEE CEDA HK or any member of IEEE CEDA can contact the seminar chair to nominate speakers sponsored by IEEE CEDA HK. The seminar chair will circulate each seminar request and seek the approval of the organization committee. The talk will be sponsored if there is no objection. Once approved, a token of appreciation from IEEE CEAD HK will be awarded to the speakers.
To allow enough time for seminar arrangement, a request must come to the seminar chair at least 2 weeks before the proposed seminar date with information about the speaker, seminar title, date, time and venue. A decision should be reached at least one week before the seminar.
