RouteLift-Discover The Experience (Web & Mobile Design)
The RouteLift experience page is a focused landing page for visitors who want to understand how RouteLift works and why it is the right choice for their business. Where the homepage introduces the brand, this page makes the case: it walks through the benefits, shows how the platform works step by step, proves it with customer stories, and answers common questions before asking for the sign-up.
Interested visitors had questions the homepage couldn't fully answer: How does it work? Will it fit a business like mine? What if I don't have my own fleet? Is there a minimum order? Without clear answers, they would hesitate or leave. The page needed to move visitors from "curious" to "ready to try it."
Explain how RouteLift works in three simple steps.
Show clear benefits for different types of businesses, including those with and without a fleet.
Reduce hesitation by answering common questions directly on the page.
Turn interest into sign-ups with a consistent, low-friction call to action.

The homepage introduces RouteLift, but interested visitors still had questions it couldn't fully answer: how does it work, will it fit my business, and what if I don't have a fleet? I worked with the team to gather the questions prospects ask most and reviewed how other logistics platforms explain their process and handle objections. This shaped a page built to move visitors from curious to ready to sign up.
I designed the page as a persuasion flow: a clear promise, the benefits, a simple process, proof, and answers to common doubts. The benefit cards use custom illustrations with one-line explanations, so each advantage is easy to scan. The three-step process is a winding road with numbered waypoints, turning a plain list into a journey that mirrors the product's core idea of moving from point A to point B. An isometric hero scene, testimonials from different industries, and an FAQ section build trust before the final call to action. On mobile, the road becomes a vertical stack of step cards, the benefits become a swipeable carousel, and the buttons go full-width.
I designed the page for both desktop and mobile, defining how the road graphic becomes a vertical stack of step cards and how the benefits and testimonials turn into swipeable carousels. For handoff, I prepared a handoff document and a specification document that showed developers the expected interactions, including how the FAQ accordion opens and closes, how the carousels respond to swipes, and how buttons behave in each state.
I designed the interactions to make a long page easy to explore. The FAQ opens and closes with a plus/minus indicator so only the answer the visitor needs takes up space. On mobile, the benefits and testimonials are swipeable carousels with pagination dots, and buttons have clear hover, pressed, and focus states.
