In a constantly changing environment, such as the present one, the ability to learn how to learn becomes crucial. Teaching this skill—essentially, teaching us how to teach ourselves to learn—is a valuable tool for the future of individuals, both professionally and personally.
Learning how to learn involves numerous cognitive aspects, and in this project, we will focus on some of those skills. We believe that finding and understanding the skills that are foundational for self-regulated learning, and their development, is vital for adapting and thriving in an information-saturated world.
Therefore, this work plan aims to contribute to the understanding and promotion of these competencies, providing a solid foundation for future studies and applications in education.
