We are delighted to announce a bridge modelling competition that range over the concepts of origami art form. The purpose of the event is to design and build the structure as per the given problem statement. The participants are expected to model a truss bridge using software (STAAD.Pro). The ameliorated design will be shortlisted and will be crafted using origami sheets. 

UPDATE* : IT IS  "NOT MANDATORY"  TO SUBMIT STAAD DESIGN FOR PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION.

Registration will be on open till FEBRUARY 10, 2024  "FEBRUARY 17, 2024".

INSTRUCTIONS:

• The no. of participants in a team has been restricted to 2.  

• The count of origami sheets will be limitedly provided.  

• The participants are requested to bring the required stationaries as no other materials will be provided.  

• The effective length of the bridge must be 300mm which can be designed as either upper deck or lower deck.  

• Entries must be registered within the mentioned deadline.

The evaluation will be done based on the parameters mentioned below.

Participants are asked to submit their STAAD design in the google form. The shortlisted students will be contacted through email and are requested to pay registration fee inorder to participate in the live event. 

NOTE:  Registration will be on open till FEBRUARY 10, 2024  "FEBRUARY 17, 2024".

"Certificates will be provided for all participants and winners will be honoured with shields and exciting cash prize"
