Registration will be on open till FEBRUARY 10, 2024  "FEBRUARY 17, 2024".

We are exited to announce a competition for a design of G+1 residential building.The goal of the competition is to showcase creativity And skills while adhering to specific guidelines and requirements. 

• This is a 2 round event, in which first round 2D cad model is to be designed for the given specification and submission process through online.  

• Shortlisted participants have to model their plan submitted in 1st round into 3D model. 

• In round 2 you will put your skills to the test by creating a 3D building plan to your 2d design with variety of amenities.  

• The participants should bring their laptops with pre-installed REVIT software.

• The event will judged by industry expects and winning teams will be awarded. 

PROBLEM STATEMENT : 

• The building should be designed to meet approval norms of corporation  

• Detailed elevation design  

• The building should have plinth area of 250 sqm  

• The building should have 4 bedrooms, at least 1 common bathroom  

• Parking space for 1 car  

• Building should be energy efficient  

• Spacious Dining area for 6 persons  

• A balcony or terrace 

Evaluation will be done as per the below mentioned criteria.

Participants are asked to submit their CAD design in the google form. The shortlisted students will be contacted through email and are requested to pay registration fee inorder to participate in the live event. 

NOTE:  Registration will be on open till FEBRUARY 10, 2024 "FEBRUARY 17, 2024".

"Certificates will be provided for all participants and winners will be honoured with shields and exciting cash prize"
