Be sure to download the PE Activity Form or create one of your own to keep track of your hours. Send your PE hours to your teacher every week. The goal is to do 50 hours of active physical activity. You can do it!
Remember - the goal is to be active. If you are cleaning around the house, yard, working - include those hours.
