DISCLAIMER: The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, such as change start times, merge divisions, or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.
Each event will have pool play qualifying round robins. The top 4 in each pool will move on to the Playoffs. 1st and 2nd will play for Gold/Silver. 3rd and 4th will play for Bronze.
(Friday’s Scrambles is an individual event, therefore there will be no playoffs. Final placement will be based on points earned in round robin play.)
PLEASE NOTE: This format is dependent on the number of registrations for each event / division. The playoff format will be determined closer to the tournament date

ALL GAMES will be played to 11, win by 2 (capped at 13)
Medals will be awarded at the venue immediately after the final matches have been played.
Officiating: Matches, when possible, will be refereed. Our goal is to have all medal games refereed. If you are willing to volunteer as a referee, please contact 002cdpt26@gmail.com.
As participants in this CDPT 2026 Tournament, you agree to the following:
Conduct
All participants are expected to uphold the following standards of behavior:
Treat all players, officials, volunteers, and spectators with respect and courtesy.
Play fairly and honestly, and follow the rules of the game.
Maintain an environment free from discrimination, harassment, abuse, or intimidation.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times and do not encourage unsportsmanlike behavior.
Refrain from any actions that may put the health, safety, or well-being of others at risk.
Use respectful language and gestures; obscene or offensive language or actions are not permitted.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, penalties, or removal from the tournament.
Consent
to pictures or videos of you (and anyone you bring) to appear in ODP / CDPT social media and digital media in any manner – without compensation.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
Your own water bottles
Change of clothes
Food and beverages available to purchase on-site (no outside food allowed inside Smash Pickleball)
Clothing: If a player is wearing clothing that is the same colour as the ball, they may be asked to change apparel by the Tournament Director.

Note: To be a sub, you must already have a pickleball.com account, a DUPR account and be prepared to pay any registration and service fees.

T-shirts (Dry-fit and soft-style) will be available. These must be pre-ordered. More information about this at a later date. Please note, there will be no exchanges for a different size shirt. Refer to the sizing chart to carefully choose your size. We cannot guarantee that there will be any tournament shirts available for purchase at the tournament.
