If you withdraw before May 1, 2026, 11:59 pm EST, you will be refunded your payment minus a $20 processing fee. Players without a partner will also be withdrawn and a refund will be given minus a $20 processing fee.
There will be absolutely NO refunds after May 2, 2026, 12:00 am EST, except at the discretion of the event organizers for exceptional circumstances.
In the case of any unforeseen issues between July 3 - 5, 2026, that prevent play in any event a refund of registration and event fees can be requested. If approved they will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee.
INJURED PLAYERS
If you are injured during the tournament, there will be no refunds given to the injured player. However, if you have a replacement player - contact the Tournament Director during the tournament. If approved, there will be a $20 processing fee for replacing the injured player.
PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be issued the week after the tournament.
