April/May - U8/U9 tryouts/evaluations

Sept/October - U7 tryouts/evaluations

October 2 - Last day to add teams to fall schedule

Oct 9 by 5pm - Week 1 Released of Fall Games Schedule (schedule released weekly the first 4 weeks to get teams tiered)

Oct 13 or 16 Coaches meeting (tentative GB and DM arenas)

Oct 16 - First Day of Fall Schedule Games

Oct 31 - no games on Halloween

Nov 1 - Last day to submit tournament forms and teams for Nov13-Dec21

Nov 16 - Release Full Fall Schedule

Dec 6 - Last day to submit tournament forms and teams for Winter Season

Dec 8 - Bonus Games Dec 22 - Jan 4 released on schedule (these games are free unless you forfeit, then they will count towards your total games)

Dec 18 - release Jan 4 - Jan 31st

December 20 - Last Day of Fall Schedule

Dec. 21 – Jan. 3 - WINTER BREAK (bonus games Dec 21-Jan 3 for available teams)

Dec 25 - release Feb 1st - Feb 28 (may need tiering games for new teams so waiting a few days to schedule this block)

Jan 4 - First Day of Winter Schedule

Jan 15 - release Mar 1 - 21

Jan 23 -  I Play in the G Festival - included in schedule (tentative)

Feb 5-7 - Don Montgomery Valentines Tournament hosted by Scarborough Ice Raiders (U9 and older)

Feb. 14-16 - Family Day Weekend (and Superbowl)– no games

Feb 19-21 - Humber Valley Shark Attack Tournament

Feb 21 - release Mar 22 - Apr 4th (limited ice so limited games will use to get teams closer to the average number of games)

Mar. 15-21 - Public School March Break – no games (teams will play March 13/14 but NOT March 20/21)

Mar 19  - Release Festival Schedule

April 4th - Last Day of Winter Schedule

Apr 5-11 - Festival Week (most teams will play weeknight games 5-8pm)
