Constellation Consulting and Training (CCT) is a collaborative effort between three professionals dedicated to public service: Mental Health Clinician Mark Mautner and Probation Officers Katie Stith and Chris Van Orden. Throughout our professional careers, we have recognized a need for honest nonpolitical spaces, as well as direct and authentic dialogue about the important work of Behavioral Health and Community Supervision. The mission of CCT is to facilitate such honest spaces and to train professionals and paraprofessionals in the technologies of engagement and change for the betterment of the people and communities we serve.

CCT offers numerous trainings for Behavioral Health (Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment) and community supervision (Probation and Parole). Our many trainings range from evidenced based technologies and collaborative community interventions to both the art and science of individual and group client engagement, case planning and behavior change, as well as self and community care.

Our values are crucial to why we do what we do. We believe the most meaningful work happens when we are honest with one another, stop judging, and start listening to each other. The Dialectic Collaborative is a collection of written blogs and a podcast designed to take a deeper look into the world of public service, to bring people together in critical dialogue for the betterment of the people and communities we serve.
