For this project we had to research an emerging technology that we'll expect to become mainstream in the next 5-10 years while practicing our digital communication and presentation skills.

My topic and why I chose it

I chose Blockchain in the healthcare industry. Since I'm considering going into the healthcare system, I tried to chose something in that field

One interesting fact

According to Openpr.com, they anticipate the market of blockchain technology within the healthcare sector to grow from $5.66 billion in 2025 to $25.78 billion in 2029.

Lesson Learned

The first thing that I put into practice when making this presentation is the 6x6 rule. The 6x6 rule is that there cannot be more that 6 lines of text with no more than 6 words on each line. This makes the presentation look neat and focuses attention to the presenter. 

Another thing I learned was that the projected market is expected to increase from $5.66 billion in 2025 to $25.78 billion in 2029.
