What I learned from Unit 0:

• Define fundamental network, hardware, software, and internet concepts

• Demonstrate file management strategies both locally and remotely

• Set up my notebook to write down important vocab words that we used throughout the semester

• Writing a professional email

• Adding a signature file

• Creating a rule for my emails

Reflection:

Unit 0 jogged my memory about writing professional emails, taking notes, and how Brightspace communicates general information through the interface. After writing our hopes and goals in our notebook, It was easier to make a writing structure to formulate the crucial terms in Unit 0.
