For this assignment I had to reflect on the technical skills I learned taking the Office Training Simulations.
Features I discovered:
Include citations and word will cite them for you & put them in alphabetical order
Replace and search for words in the doc
Wrap images around text which looks cool
Use tables with white or invisible boarders to move text to the side
Choose to only paste text and remove formatting
Features I discovered:
Add slide numbers just like in word
Presenter view can allow the presenter to view their notes from each page while presenting
Features I discovered:
Excel can finish the pattern it sees using AutoFill
Formulas in Excel you can use
Multiplication formulas you can make using existing cells in the Excel doc
Using these applications I further familiarized myself and learned how to use these applications more confidently knowing I can make my documents present my information in a pleasant way.
